The 100-Day Challenge is a self paced personal growth challenge with 12 sessions, each with its own focus. The content is science-based and is presented in video format (approximately 20 min per session) with reflection exercises, extra reading and journaling. Tools are taught that will guide you step by step, from where you are now, to where you want to be.
