Choose a challenge. Something that frustrates you. Something you would like to overcome. Something you want to change, but have not been able to. Something that makes you feel uncomfortable. It could be anything. From getting rid of a bad habit, or improving a relationship to giving structure to aspects of your work environment.

  • 14 weeks, 12 topics (purpose, neuro cycle, science of habit formation, comfort zone, procrastination, distraction, self-worth, and courage, hope, and imagination as the cornerstone of progress

How does the Challenge work?

The 100-Day Challenge is a community-oriented, science-based, structured personal growth challenge, which guides you step by step, from where you are now, to where you want to be.

When does the sessions start?

Session 1 runs from 1 February - 11 May 2025.


Session 2 runs from 1 July - 2 November 2025.

Can I work at my own pace?

Yes, you can work at your own pace, but to get the most value I encourage you to take part in as many Zoom sessions as possible because that's where you learn from fellow participants.

Where do I get access to content?

You get access to the course via Coaching 4 Life's online learning platform on systeme.io. You will be notified via email.
